Return & Exchanges Possibility and Timeline

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a very simple and easy return policy to you. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product's value will be shared for your future purchases.

Step 1 : Email us upon product delivery so we can process the return/exchange request. Email id - care@evanex.co.in with the order no.

Our team will reply back to you with the return process on your email within 48 hours.Please wait for a reply from our team within 48 hours after sending your email. We will share the further steps with you on the email itself

Step 2 :Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to exchange/return, along with the reason for exchange.for exchange you may return the product to us within 7 days,with intact packing and bubble wrap,along with the invoice.

step 3 :Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return.The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.

Product must be in original condition without any usage sign for processing return. Any imported china items not accepted for return/exchange process.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.In case you choose for monetary refund for your prepaid order, then the refund will be issued to your original payment mode after 5% deduction for Payment Gateway charges.
